Yesterday evening I was in a bit of a grumpy mood and knew that I needed something to boost my spirits, so I headed to my local art supply store and bought two blank canvases, one of which is pictured above. As I walked out of the store holding the two blank canvases I felt an immediate rush of positive energy, which reminded me of a few thoughts from one of my favorite artists:
"An empty canvas is a living wonder... far lovelier than certain pictures."
